Jeffrey Scott brings more than 40 years of foodservice leadership experience, having worked his way up from dishwasher to director while overseeing large‑scale dining operations and high‑performing teams.
In 2024, he founded Food Service Pride® to help foodservice leaders improve execution, strengthen performance, and navigate change with clarity. Jeffrey’s work focuses on aligning people, processes, and performance to support sustainable growth and exceptional experiences across campus dining, hospitality, restaurants, and the foodservice supply chain.
